**LIVE GUARANTEE**

Cousins Compost ships out live worms on Mondays only so that the worms are less likely to get
caught over the weekend in an unfavorable situation.  All orders must be submitted by 5 pm
Friday for shipment the following Monday.  Cousins Compost ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEX
at our choosing.  Most worms will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. Cousins Compost
currently only ships to the lower 48 states in the USA.

**Cousins Compost, LLC offers a live guarantee for all worms.  We promise to do our part by
shipping healthy worms that are packed appropriately to offer the best chance of survival. While
we want nothing more than to have satisfied customers, in order for this to be successful YOU
must do YOUR part on behalf of your new worm herd.  Worms should NEVER be left in the hot
sun, either on the porch or in the mailbox.  If no one can be home at the time of delivery, please
arrange to have them held at the Post Office for pick up.  Every attempt must be made to open
the box right after delivery.  If you happen to have worms that arrive DOA (dead on arrival), you
must contact Cousins Compost right away so that we can get the situation handled quickly and
effectively.**

We will do our very best to communicate with you, but Cousins Compost will have final
discretion in shipping live worms based on extreme temperature (both high and low) and the
available supply of worms.  While we make every attempt to ship worms from our location, we
sometimes will ship from one of our partner suppliers due to low stock or quicker transit and less
stress on the worms.

All worms, unless clearly marked as bait worms, will be considered bed run.  This means that
there will be worms in various stages of growth and sizes.  This will range from full adult to
freshly hatched.  It is for this reason all worms (unless noted differently) are sold by weight and
not by count.  Example: 1lb or red wigglers = approximately 1000 worms.
